Mr. Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Nexus Renewable Power. Prior to founding Nexus, he was previously a shareholder at Winstead PC in the Corporate, Securities/M&A and Energy Law practice groups focused predominantly on advising upstream oil and gas clients and renewable energy clients. Prior to joining Winstead, Mr. Daniel was a founding member and general counsel for Greenbacker Capital starting his career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Mr. Daniel holds a B.S.B.A. with a double major in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University, where he was a John Carroll Scholar, and. a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar.

Mr. Blix is currently Chief Investment Officer of Nexus Renewable Power responsible for capital formation, capital planning and M&A. He was previously a Managing Director, responsible for renewable investments in North America at AB CarVal. Prior to joining CarVal in 2020, Mr. Blix was a partner at Hawk Hill Group and Metropolis Capital starting his career at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Blix has a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from The Royal Institute of Technology, a Masters of Science in Economics & Business from Stockholm School of Economics, and an M.B.A. in Finance, Management and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Cochran serves as Vice President at Nexus Renewable Power, overseeing capital formation, capital planning, and M&A activities. Before joining Nexus in 2024, he held the position of Associate on the Corporate Development team at Sunnova Energy, where he managed corporate capital, M&A endeavors, and strategic initiatives. Prior to his tenure at Sunnova in 2022, Mr. Cochran commenced his career as an analyst at The Carta Group. He holds a Masters degree in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a BBA in Finance from the Texas A&M University system.

Mr. Smith is currently Director of Transmission at Nexus Renewable Power overseeing project development, interconnect and construction. Prior to joining Nexus in 2023, Mr. Smith was the Principal Transmission Services Consultant, managing the North and Panhandle Regions, responsible for generation and LC&I interconnections at Oncor Electric Delivery. Previous roles in Mr. Smith’s 12 years at Oncor include NERC/Regulatory Compliance Manager overseeing grid operations compliance and Sr. Transmission Grid Controller with NERC Reliability Coordinator and ERCOT Grid Operator Certifications. Prior to joining Oncor, Mr. Smith spent the first 5 years of his career at a municipal electric company where he worked in System Operations and as a distribution/transmission electric lineman.

Ms. Cronkhite serves as Corporate Counsel at Nexus Renewable Power. Prior to joining Nexus in 2025, she was an Associate in the Private Credit Group at Proskauer Rose and the Banking & Finance Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she represented banks and other financial institutions in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions. Ms. Cronkhite holds a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from George Washington University School of Law, where she graduated with honors.

Mr. Buckspan currently serves as Vice President – Project Finance at Nexus Renewable Power. Prior to joining Nexus, Mr. Buckspan held positions on the Capital Markets teams at energyRE and Sunnova Energy, where he supported tax equity and debt financings in solar and transmission development. He began his career as an engineer supporting the United States Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Mr. Buckspan received an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. 

Mr. Mihovil is the Director of Project Management at Nexus Renewable Power. Mr. Mihovil brings a decade of comprehensive experience in the engineering and construction of utility-scale renewable energy projects, specializing in solar, wind, and BESS assets across North America. Prior to joining Nexus, Mr. Mihovil held senior Project Management and technical Engineering roles at industry leaders such as NextEra Energy Resources, EDF Renewables NA, and EDP Renewables NA. Mr. Mihovil received a BSME (mechanical engineering) from The University of Texas at Austin.
